Introduction of feed pellet machine:
The Feed Pellet Machine is formed by squeezing the mixed powdered feed once. It does not need to add water during the granulation process, and does not need to be dried. After natural heating up to 70 degrees, the starch can be gelatinized, the granules are matured deep and the surface is smooth. It has high hardness and long-term storage. It is an ideal equipment for raising rabbits, fish, chicken, pigs, sheep, cattle and small and medium-sized feed processing plants.




The feed pellet production line configured by our company consists of four parts: crushing mechanism, mixing mechanism, pelletizing mechanism and cooling mechanism. We can customize large, medium and small production lines according to customer requirements.
1. Crushing mechanism: All the materials to be crushed are placed under the suction pipe. After being sucked into the crushing chamber, the materials are rapidly crushed into powder or granular form under the continuous impact of the rotary blades and the rubbing impact of the crushing chamber. Then, under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, they are discharged through the sieve holes into the A impeller box and enter the feeding pipe.
2. Mixing mechanism: When the material propeller rotates, the material is forcibly sent into the feeding pipe by the B impeller chamber. It is scattered and turned by the up and down movement and circular rotation of the stirring screw, forming a mixing process with an extremely uniform effect.
3. Pelletizing mechanism: The pelletizer is composed of a feeding hopper, a main unit, a motor, a connector, and a gearbox. The motor drives the coupling to rotate, inputting power into the gearbox. Inside, the power is converted into torque, driving the rotating wheel to rotate. After the feed enters the pelletizer through the feeding hopper, the rotating wheel presses the feed into the interior of the mold for molding.
4. Cooler: Use a cooler to cool the particles.
